Q: What is included in the price? A: Our prices are for a day’s hire and include delivering and setting up, and full safety instructions also we provide free safety mats. We will provide 25m of extension lead for the inflatable, however we can supply more if requested at the time of booking (free of charge). We do not charge for local delivery. You will be advised at the time of booking if a delivery charge will be applied. Q: What time do you deliver and collect for a Childs inflatable A: Deliveries are made between 8:00 am – noon. Special arrangements can be made to suit your needs I.E if you have booked a hall. Collections between the hours of 4:30 pm – 7:00 pm. Q: do you have insurance? A: Yes we do have public liability insurance. This covers us for accidents and injuries caused by our equipment failing. As a hirer you a responsible for insuring adult supervision of the inflatable at all times. Q: how much space is required? A: we will confirm the exact size of your inflatable in feet or metres you will need to allow at least 2 foot either side and 4 foot at the back and front of the unit. The area should be clear of any trees, cables and any other obstructions make sure the garden is clear of any debris and pet waste also allow a clear delivery access. Q: What happens in bad weather? A: shower covers are provided on most of our inflatable’s however in extreme weather conditions we would come to a mutual cancellation before we deliver. If the inflatable is already been delivered and set up please can you remove the children or adults from the inflatable until it is safe and dry for you to enjoy. Q: Do you offer any discounts? A: Yes we do offer discounts on more than one inflatable and any other equipment booked on the same day. Q: Do you hire over night? A: Yes we do hire over night providing your garden area is secure then you may keep the equipment over night for £25 per item subject to availability please note the hirer is responsible for the safekeeping of the equipment over night and lighting is required. Q: What are the power requirements? A: we will need access to a standard 13 amp socket however if you are unable to provide us with power you will need a generator or a petrol blower which we can provide at an extra cost on your hire Q: Can we put the inflatables on a patio, path, driveway, tarmac area? A: Generally no for safety reasons if you are unsure please call and we will try to advise you of any options available. |
